Tusculum College is seeking to fill the position of Director of Alumni and Parent Relations. This is a regular full-time position, working with the Office of Institutional Advancement. Duties will include leading alumni and parent relations for the College, including Homecoming and Family Weekend, and providing support for the Alumni Executive Board. The Director is responsible for programs to increase alumni and parent engagement with the College.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree a plus. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years of successful, progressively responsible experience in building positive, engaging and productive relationships, as well as experience in managing large events on a budget, and at least three years’ supervisory and management experience. Experience in fund raising, especially in higher education, is a plus. Ability to work evenings and weekends; flexibility in work hours is required. Some overnight travel is required.
