Tusculum College is seeking applications for an Enrollment Representative at the Greeneville Campus. The primary responsibility of this position is to educate prospective students about Tusculum College and its programs. Candidates are required to develop a rapport with a variety of other constituents including business, faculty, TC staff, alumni, and current students. Travel will be extensive and on an “as needed” basis to local businesses, schools, career fairs, and expositions primarily in upper east Tennessee and surrounding borders. Other duties include significant phone counseling, reviewing applications, interviewing, and assisting with recruitment related events.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree is required. Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred. Effective oral, listening, and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends as needed. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Strong computer skills and an excellent driving record are also required.
