Tusculum College is accepting applications for a Facilities Management IV. This position reports to the Director of Facilities Management. The successful applicant must be capable of performing semi-skilled and skilled HVAC work. Preference will be given to the candidate possessing knowledge and experience in several other specialty areas, including electrical, plumbing, master carpentry, masonry, or other maintenance and construction skilled work on athletic facilities, College buildings and fixtures, including administrative buildings, staff and residential housing, and other institutional buildings for efficient operations. Duties include inspecting, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, repairing, overhauling, new installations, and refitting with specialty areas and assist in all other areas.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Five years experience in a maintenance position, EPA universal certification a plus. Candidate must possess strong organizational and analytical skills along with the ability to multi-task, and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
