<p style="text-align: justify;">Tusculum College is seeking a dynamic, full-time professional for the Manager of Faculty Services position at the main campus in Greeneville. The qualified candidate will oversee all scheduling for all programs related to faculty assignments in Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) program in the Northeast region.  This candidate will work directly with faculty and is responsible for implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the documentation of faculty and course activities, and conducting faculty orientations.  He or she will also coordinate efforts with other key staff members within GPS and with other administrative offices to provide seamless support to each group.  This candidate is also responsible for preparing contracts and requisitions for payroll distributions for faculty as well as supervising the Academic Support Coordinator. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s is preferred, though extensive faculty experience and experience with Colleague database may be considered. Applicants must possess effective oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution, an outgoing personality, the ability to work independently and as a part of a team, a flexible and positive attitude, and a willingness to work some evenings if necessary. This is a comprehensive position and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. A thorough knowledge of computers is also required. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tusculum College is seeking applicants for a full time Academic Records Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to address inquires (in person, telephone, fax and email), process class registrations and transcript requests, post and monitor grades, complete enrollment verifications, process withdrawals, and maintain the office budget. The position will also assist with graduation, management of academic records, supervision of student workers, as well as clerical support in the Registrar’s Office. This position works closely with members of the Registrar’s Office on assigned projects, and will support and promote the mission of Tusculum College to all faculty, staff, and students, and to the community at large.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tusculum College is seeking qualified applicants for the Associate Director of Major Gifts, a key position in the Office of Institutional Advancement focused on raising money. <p style="text-align: justify;">A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree a plus.  Five years’ progressively responsible experience in fund raising required, preferably in higher education.  Comparable experience in other fields that involve building and maintaining long-term client relationships may be considered.  A proven record of accomplishment of successful fund raising experience is required; similar successful sales experience may be considered.</p>

The successful candidate will need to be creative, thoughtful, and able to manage multiple priorities, projects and initiatives, through a twelve-month live-in position in a tightly integrated team environment. The Senior Student Life Coordinator will have budgetary and supervisory control over a key area of the Student Life program and possibilities exist in the areas of leadership and student organizations, international and multicultural programs, and behavior education/conduct. At Tusculum, we are re-imagining our student life program and the person assuming this position will play an integral and creative role in this effort. Responsibilities include working to assure safety and welfare of students, staff, faculty, invitees, and visitors on campus property, in campus facilities, and at institutional events by enforcing campus policies and regulations as set forth by the College. <p><strong>DESCRIPTION:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Greeneville, Tennessee, Tusculum College, Tennessee’s oldest College, seeks an experienced institutional research professional to serve as Director of Institutional Research in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.  Reporting to the Assistant to the President for Institutional Planning and Effectiveness, the Director is responsible for coordinating external reporting for the College, and College-wide student assessment using external instruments.  The Director works with a wide range of offices to provide regular and ad hoc data and analysis, and serves as a resource to College on the Colleague data system.  The Director must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well with various constituencies, and work independently. </p>
<p>This position will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate external reporting to IPEDS, NCAA, SACSCOC, TICUA, and others;</li>
<li>Coordinate student assessment for all external instruments, including Major Field Tests, NSSE, CIRP, ACAT, and others;</li>
<li>Assist with survey and test development and analysis;</li>
<li>Serve as IPEDS Keyholder;</li>
<li>Provide data and analytical support for executives, departmental administrators and faculty;</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of Fact Book, data for foundation applications, teaching reports, and other requests;</li>
<li>Develop and manage databases for longitudinal studies and statistical analysis, such as with student retention;</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</strong><strong></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree and institutional research experience preferred.  Applicants must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, databases, SPSS, and SQL.  Experience with Datatel, Colleague or similar systems highly preferred.  Successful applicant must possess effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and with a wide-range of College offices and personnel, and work on multiple projects at a time. This is a comprehensive position and requires a strong work ethic to be successful.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tusculum College is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a full-time, ten-month, position with benefits. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Head Athletic Trainer with all aspects of the athletic training program, and performing other duties assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer and/or Athletic Director. This position will require team travel (Women’s Basketball) as well as some night, weekend, and holiday hours. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will assist with rehabilitative programs for injured athletes. The successful candidate will serve as a preceptor/clinical instructor within the College Athletic Training Education Program. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Anticipated start date July 1, 2013. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s Degree is required. (Master’s Degree is preferred) Qualified applicants will have NATABOC certification and Tennessee licensure (or eligible). Candidate should possess effective time management skills, the ability to handle confidential information, effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to serve as a professional role model for athletic training students.<strong> </strong></p>
