Beginning July 1st 2013 Tusculum Department of Information Services will begin enforcing electronic mailbox quota limits. This means that beginning July 1 the following quota limits will be enforced.
Adjunct – 500 MB
Faculty – 1 gb
Staff – 1 gb
This means that as a user’s mailbox size approaches the quota limit a warning will be generated. Once that quota is reached the user will no longer be able to send email. Finally, once the quota limit has been exceeded by a certain amount the user will not be able to send or receive email. In preparation of this, TCDIS will send out weekly reminders to everyone.
Anyone having a Tusculum issued email address will need to begin Archiving email and “cleaning out” their email boxes. Click the links below to see instructions on how to clean up your email box.
