The Director of College Communications shall provide contact information, for where and how he/she may be reached in the event of inclement weather, to the Provost’s Office. This contact information should include home and mobile phone numbers.
When contacted by the Provost’s office with the decision regarding school closures at main and affiliate campuses, the Director of College Communications will contact the following media to disseminate the information. In addition, all information should be forwarded to the Webmaster and to the Dean of Students, as well as the Director of each campus affiliate. As soon as possible, a message should be disseminated on the Pioneer Alert System by the Director of College Communications.
