This is an introductory course for students that are interested in gaining more knowledge about 

Tusculum College’s Teacher Education Program. Information about practicum, curriculum, lesson 

planning, and teaching strategies will be provided. Cold writing will also be included. 

 

Education 101 is offered on the following schedule for June 2012 

 

. Knoxville Campus: Friday, June 8, 2012—6:00PM to 10:00PM 


 Saturday, June 9, 2012—8:30 AM to 4:30 PM 

 

. Morristown Campus: Friday, June 22, 2012—6:00PM to 10:00PM 


 Saturday, June 23, 2012—8:30 AM to 4:30 PM 

 

This course is mandatory for all students entering Tusculum College’s Teacher Education 

program effective August 1, 2012. Additional workshops will be offered at a later date.
