Dr. Tom Stein’s work to be featured in art exhibit

Dr. Tom Stein, vice president of Enrollment Management, will be one of the featured artists as the Greeneville Arts Council and the General Morgan Inn present a “Closet Artists” exhibit in the Mason House Gallery during the month of July.

There are multiple aspiring local and regional artists involved in this varied showcase. Artists include: Stein, Shirley Butler, Judy Reviere, Amanda Bachman, Becky McNeese, Jean Broyles, Sharon O’Neal, Linda Rogers, Amy Saxonmeyer and Walter Clark. A Meet-the-Artists opening will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, at the Gallery. The community is welcome to attend this free event. The exhibit will be on display through the month of July.

Upcoming exhibits at the Mason House Gallery include Tusculum College Assistant Professor of Art Aurora Pope, senior Tusculum College art student Hilary Nowatski, Lawrence Danecke, the Nolichuckey River Painters, Jeff and Becky Thomas, Joan Beaver, Amy Saxonmeyer and Greeneville and Greene County high school art departments.
