Tusculum welcomes families to campus for special weekend

For some Tusculum College students, November 2 and 3 had a touch of home away from home.

The College welcomed parents and families to campus for Family Weekend 2012 with some special activities.

Student Government Association President Steven Hollingshead, left, joined the "Conversation with the President" on Friday. Parents had the opportunity to learn about the latest developments at Tusculum College with President Nancy B. Moody, at right. Also taking part in the event were leaders from academics, development, enrollment management, information services and institutional research who shared news from their areas that affect students.

Saturday morning featured a meeting of the Parent’s Council and the popular corn hole tournament, above. Jim and Erika Allison successfully defended their title, winning the tournament for the second year in a row. Dr. Moody presented an Applebee's gift card to the Allisons for their win during the tailgate, below.
