Tusculum University is seeking an Academic Records and Support Coordinator to carry out daily functions and processing tasks of the Registrar’s Office and assist students, staff, faculty, and the public with general information inquiries. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are important for success in this position. This position works closely with the Registrar, Associate, and Assistant Registrars on assigned projects and maintains accurate academic records and student files. This position strives to ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Federal and University policies and procedures. This is a full-time, hourly paid position that will require occasional work on weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience working in an office setting and providing customer service is required. Computer experience and Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills are also required. Prior experience working in the Higher Education field preferred, and knowledge of a Student Information System such as Anthology is a plus.
