Director of AOS Recruitment


Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions, this position provides strategic leadership for the recruitment and onboarding of AOS students.

  • Assist incoming AOS students with accurate and consistent information;
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of engagement with prospective AOS students through monitoring of timely inquiry fulfillment, customer service and organization of daily office responsibilities;
  • Set goals, expectations, priorities and measures of success for AOS recruiting and onboarding; Prioritize and distribute work assignments for AOS recruiters in collaboration with the Executive Director of Admissions;
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director of Admissions for training opportunities for AOS recruiters;
  • Track accountability for goals and outreach efforts, and lead AOS student onboarding activities (e.g. orientation);
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Admissions to forecast and monitor budgetary expenditures for AOS recruiting and onboarding;
  • Lead expansion of corporate partnership networks;
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director of Admission to plan and implement recruitment activities and events for AOS students, including programs and travel activities;
  • Assist with residential recruitment efforts when possible helping meet the goals of the overall office of admissions

Some travel (daily and overnight) is required for local and regional recruitment. Occasional night and weekend work is required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license is required
