Student Accounts Assistant


Tusculum University is seeking applications for a full time Student Account Assistant. This position reports to the Director of Financial Services. The Student Account Assistant is responsible for maintaining the residential, adult, and online student accounts and cash receipts. They must possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

This position will remain open until filled


The successful candidate must possess an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping. The ideal candidate must possess above average computer skills including Excel, have an outgoing personality and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
