The ideal candidate will have assistant coaching experience preferably at an NCAA institution, ability to manage budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.<\/p>\n Tusculum participates in E-Verify and observes the guidelines as a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace.
