Tusculum University is searching for an Assistant\/Associate Professor of Management\/Program Director for the Masters of Business Administration<\/u> degree.\u00a0 The position is available for an August 2026 start. Tusculum faculty are responsible for teaching a minimum of 12-15 credits (pending rank) in each of the fall and spring semesters, advising, service, scholarship, and professional development.<\/p>\n The Program Director will also provide leadership for the continued growth and strategic development of the MBA program. This includes collaborating with faculty and university leadership to strengthen curriculum, support student success, recruit and mentor adjunct faculty, and ensure the program remains responsive to emerging trends in business and management education. The successful candidate will play an active role in graduate student recruitment and external engagement efforts by cultivating relationships with local and regional business partners, participating in outreach and promotional activities, and helping communicate the distinctives of Tusculum\u2019s MBA program to prospective students and community stakeholders. Candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building innovative academic programs are especially encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n 18 graduate hours in Management, Marketing, or other field covered in the MBA program are required.
