Alumni should begin receiving more information about Homecoming in the mail soon or have received it in their email.\u00a0 A few additions have been made to the schedule recently including a “Memory Lane” display by the Museums of Tusculum College and an informational open house at Career Services.<\/p>\n

After you look through the schedule, make your reservations to attend the celebration, scheduled Oct. 17-18 this year.<\/p>\n

Below is the finalized schedule.<\/p>\n

Friday, Oct. 17<\/h2>\n

8 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m. \u2013 Registration<\/strong> \u2013 Living Room of Niswonger Commons<\/p>\n

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Memory Lane <\/strong>Take a walk down memory lane as the staff of the Museums of Tusculum displays outfits, slide shows, pictures from Tusculum’s past, yearbooks and newspapers in the Living Room of Niswonger
\nCommons.<\/p>\n

10 a.m. \u2013 Bright\u2019s Zoo <\/strong>– $30 \u2013 Located in Limestone, Tenn.,\u00a0 Bright\u2019s Zoo is home to many rare species.\u00a0 Transportation will be provided.\u00a0 To learn more, visit www.brightszoo.com<\/a>. \u00a0\u00a0A boxed lunch will be provided.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

11:30 a.m.\u00a0 \u2013 Lunch with students<\/strong> – $10 \u2013 Enjoy lunch with students and share your Tusculum experience with the Pioneers of today.<\/p>\n

1 p.m. – Campus Tours<\/strong> Revisit and rediscover your Alma Mater. Take a tour with the President\u2019s Society, a group of elite Residential College
\nstudents.<\/p>\n

1 p.m. \u2013 Golf Tournament<\/strong> \u2013 $50 – Enjoy some friendly competition on the Link Hills Golf Course.\u00a0 Scramble format will be used with handicap system for a net division and gross division.\u00a0 Registration is at noon pm with shotgun start at 1 p.m.\u00a0 Alumni, spouses, faculty, staff and friends are invited to participate.\u00a0 Dinner will be provided for participants in the golf tournament as well as those who may want to join them following the tournament.\u00a0 The cost for dinner will be $20 for those not participating in the tournament.\u00a0 Reservations are required.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2 p.m. \u2013 Herbs and Herblore<\/strong> \u2013 no charge – \u00a0Fun make and take workshop hosted at the Doak House Museum.<\/p>\n

2 – 3 p.m. Career Services Open House<\/strong> Alumni are invited to stop by the Career Services office in Room 307 of Niswonger Commons for \u201ccookies and information.\u201d Meet the staff of Tusculum\u2019s Career Services office
\nand learn more about how they can assist you.<\/p>\n

6 p.m. \u2013 Dinner at Link Hills<\/strong> – $20 \u2013 Join us for a buffet dinner beginning at 6 p.m.\u00a0 Reservations are required.<\/p>\n

Evening –<\/strong> Individual\u00a0 Class Gatherings \u2013 cost varies<\/p>\n

8:30 p.m. – Bonfire<\/strong> Enjoy the annual Homecoming Bonfire, located near the parking lot at Pioneer Field, with current students.<\/p>\n

8:30 a.m. – Alumni Breakfast<\/strong> – $15 \u2013 Come enjoy breakfast with alumni and friends.<\/p>\n

9 a.m. \u2013 Alumni Meeting<\/strong> \u2013 Learn the latest about the Alumni Association and hear an update on the College.<\/p>\n

9:30 a.m. \u2013 Alumni Awards and Sports Hall of Fame Awards<\/strong> – Come celebrate the newest alumni and Sports Hall of Fame award honorees.<\/p>\n

11 a.m. \u2013 Class Photos<\/strong> – $10 \u2013 In front of Niswonger Commons<\/p>\n

11 a.m. \u2013 Student Support Services Luncheon<\/strong> \u2013 Alumni who were in the Student Support Services program or ARCHES are invited to a cookout and other festivities at the Patton House (near Pioneer Park).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Noon \u2013 Parade<\/strong> \u2013 Watch the 11th<\/sup> Annual Homecoming Parade along the route between the Charles Oliver Gray Complex and Pioneer Park.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Noon \u2013 Tusculum Volleyball<\/strong> hosts Newberry, Pioneer Arena.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

12:30 p.m. – Tailgate<\/strong> – \u00a0$10 \u2013 Enjoy a Tusculum College Pioneer Tailgate Party.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2:30 p.m. \u2013 Tusculum Pioneer Football<\/strong> vs. Carson-Newman \u2013 Cheer on the Pioneers as they take on Carson-Newman at Pioneer Field.\u00a0 Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth preceding the game.<\/p>\n

6 p.m. – Alumni and Friends Social Hour<\/strong> General Morgan Inn
\n7 p.m. – Alumni and Friends Dinner<\/strong> Join us at the General Morgan Inn for dinner. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
\n8 p.m. – Alumni and Friends Music and<\/strong> Fellowship<\/strong> DJ Donnie Bunch will provide music.<\/p>\n
