The Facilities Management Department\u2019s 10th annual Christmas for Kids Auction was a major success, raising $1,719, with all proceeds used to purchase presents for local children in need.<\/h3>\n

Through the event, facilities helped eight foster children! In addition, the department was able to assist a Tusculum family member, whose child lost a lot of toys in a fire!<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Facilities Department would like to express our gratitude for the donations that were contributed,\u201d said Chad Grindstaff, facilities management director. \u201cWe want you to know how much we appreciate your help and know the children do as well. We would also like to thank the Athletic Department for not only donating several items but also once again providing us lunch during the auction.\u201d
