Came to Tusculum: 2011
Ms. Terri Tilson, an assistant professor of education, came to Tusculum after thirty years of experience in public K-12 education. During that time, she taught at both the elementary and high school levels, with the majority of her teaching experience gained teaching high school English at Greeneville High School. She has also held positons as a high school assistant principal at Greeneville High School and Morristown-Hamblen High School West and as a system-level supervisor with Greeneville City Schools.
Terri brings to Tusculum along with her experience a Bachelor of Science degree in English and art education from the East Tennessee State University, a Master of Science degree in English education from the University of Tennessee, and Educational Specialist degree in educational administration and supervision also from the University of Tennessee.
She lives in Morristown with her husband, David, and their well-loved cats and dogs. She and David attend First Presbyterian Church of Morristown. They enjoy their pets, friends and family, reading, walking, and traveling.
