The “Grad Finale” events in preparation for spring commencement are coming in February, and the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations needs your help. Alumni are needed to volunteer for these three events.
Grad Finales are events to allow upcoming graduates to take care of their preparations for the milestone at one location. They are able to order their caps and gowns, order invitations, take care of any outstanding issues with the Business or Financial Aid offices, as well as enjoy fellowship with their fellow students over light refreshments. Students participating can also enter a drawing for a door prize during the event.
The event for the main campus will be held from 3:30-6 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, in the Chalmers Conference Center in the Niswonger Commons. A Grad Finale will be held at the Morristown Center from 5 – 6:30 p.m. on Friday, February 20. The Grad Finale at the Knoxville Center will be from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 21.
