Saturday’s activities begin with new event, the Pioneer Memorial Walk

hc_wreathThe Homecoming events on Saturday begin with the Pioneer Memorial Walk, a new event this year.

The reading of names will begin 8:30 a.m. in the pavilion at Tusculum City Park (behind Doak Elementary School on Sam Doak Drive). Alumni as well as family and friends of alumni who have passed away since last October (the date of last year’s Homecoming) are invited to attend.  A flower will be placed in a wreath in remembrance of their loved one as their name is called during the ceremony.
