Tusculum University, Tennessee’s oldest university, and the office of Institutional Advancement seeks to fill the position of Manager of Advancement Services. This is a professional, full-time position that performs the gift management process. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of records on the Raiser’s Edge database, preparing reports, conducting prospect research, and performing the prospect management process while working closely with fellow staff members, the Office of the President, and the CFO/Vice President of Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field); Master’s preferred
- Experience in database management
- Fundraising or sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting
- Strong computer skills; particularly with Excel, Word, and donor databases
- The right candidate will be a team player, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and a sense of humor.
