Tusculum University is seeking qualified applicants for a TRIO Programs Talent Search Academic Advisor serving 9th-12th grade students in Carter and Unicoi Counties. This 11-month, full-time position is based at the main Greeneville campus of Tusculum University and reports to the Talent Search Project Director. The Talent Search Academic Advisor will serve Carter County high school students by traveling to schools weekly to meet with program participants. The Academic Advisor will provide educational and career guidance to students to encourage high school and college completion. The Assistant Dean of the Business Division reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs, is the administrative head of the Division, and provides academic leadership for the undergraduate and graduate business programs.

- Coordinates the use of budgets and human resources to ensure programs contribute to the achievement of the division and institutional missions, to include the hiring of adjuncts as needed.
