Tusculum University (NCAA Division II) is seeking qualified candidates for two assistant athletic trainer positions. This is a full-time position with benefits. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the head athletic trainer with all aspects of the athletic training program and performing other duties as assigned by the head athletic trainer and/or Athletic Director. The successful candidate will serve as an athletic training services provider for one or more NCAA Division II athletic teams (Football and Men’s Baseball OR Women’s Basketball & Men’s Volleyball). Team travel, in addition to night, weekend, and holiday work, will be required.
Qualified applicants will have BOC certification and Tennessee licensure (or eligible). Candidate should possess effective time management skills, the ability to handle confidential information, effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to serve as a professional role model for athletic training students.
