Account Receivable Manager for Special Programs

Oversees active student billing, reporting collections, and cashiering for special programs (Woolf and symposia programs).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting preferred
  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Manages the billing and collection of all tuition, room, board, and fees for special programs.
  • Coordinates with the Financial Aid Director in the application of student aid to student accounts.
  • Monitors student accounts for accuracy.
  • Maintains an open line of communication with students and parents.
  • Reconciles the daily closing of AR systems and applications.
  • Reconciles the monthly closing
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
