The Director of Admission Operations and Enrollment Technology serves as a Solo Slate Captain for our Slate Technolutions undergraduate, online, and graduate shared instance. The Director of Admissions Operations and Enrollment Technology provides operational and strategic leadership for enrollment systems and advancing strategic goals through research, data analysis, reporting, establishing and managing data collection processes, and establishing standards and training on application review. The position is responsible for data import, data maintenance, and data quality for all prospective students. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, modifying, and managing admission office policies and procedures involving electronic information and automation systems to improve recruitment efforts across the institution. This position directly oversees admissions processing staff, a Coordinator of Communications and Technology, and the admission customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 2-years’ experience in admissions operations and/or CRM administration. Supervisory experience with strong leadership, written and oral communication, and organizational skills along with strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, and student information systems. Ability to exhibit a high degree of tact, energy, and resourcefulness in dealing with a variety of situations and people. Experience working with underrepresented and/or minority student populations. Ability to work independently and make value judgements while exhibiting a high degree of tact, energy, and resourcefulness in dealing with a variety of situations and people.
