Assistant/Assoc. Professor of Chemistry

Tusculum University is seeking applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Chemistry for the Fall 2025 academic year. This position is open to a variety of chemistry specialties. This is a full-time faculty position, responsible for teaching a minimum of 12 credit hours in each of the fall and spring semesters, advising, service, scholarship, and professional development.  The specific designation will be determined by the credentials a candidate possesses.

Assistant to the Provost/Manager of Support Services- 1132025

Tusculum University, Tennessee’s oldest university, seeks to fill a dual-reporting role with the employee’s time being split between the office of the Provost and the Office of Institutional Advancement. This is a professional, full-time position that will be largely project-based. The employee can expect to be involved in a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, schedule management, budget preparations, coordinating correspondence between the Provost and internal and external constituents, assisting the Provost on projects relating to accreditation and budgeting, and planning and executing special events (e.g., Commencement); perform the gift management process in the Office of Institutional Advancement, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of records on the Raiser’s Edge database, gift acceptance and entry, preparing reports, conducting prospect research, and performing the prospect management process while working closely with fellow staff members, the Office of the President, and the CFO/Vice President of Finance.
